You can cancel your UnlockCableTV service at any time during your 7-day Money Back Guarantee during by sending an email to support@unlockcabletv.com. We do not, in any circumstance, prorate or refund after a Free Trial. Monthly All Access Pass has been purchased after a Free Trial.  By purchasing you have acknowledged that you have read and understood that you are not eligible to a refund if you have had used a free trial or if you have purchased a Monthly All Access Pass at any time.

Auto Payment Policy

You are automatically enrolled into monthly auto payments once you purchase the UnlockcableTV All Access Monthly Pass. Your bill is always processed 1 day before your actual expiration date each month. You can cancel your Monthly All Access Pass at any time within a 48-hour notice prior to your next billing date. All requests must be submitted via email to support@unlockcabletv.com with the subject line: Cancel My Service. Make sure to include the account number and reason for cancellation. Your service will never be eligible refund or proration even if you cancel after your billing date. Example: If you cancel your service on the 15th of a month and your service is active until the 30th, you will not receive a refund for any unused days remaining. All sales are final.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days.
